Terrawater regards itself as a problem solver, not a product supplier.
After joint selection of a suitable solution for the client-specific problem, the systems are manufactured in our own production facilities, then delivered, installed on location and commissioned.
The system is only handed over to the client when flawless operation is guaranteed, after fine adjustment. Naturally, the level of support is set out in a jointly created agreement, so that only the level of service actually required is ordered. Instruction and training for operating staff is set up depending on the individual requirement.
