Terrawater guarantees highly competent support after delivery with spare parts, which are installed on site by our engineers. Even though the systems are very low-maintenance due to their design, it is very important for us that we can supply our clients with the spare parts they need quickly.
That’s why we maintain a wide stock of necessary spare parts in our central warehouse, and ensure that engineers are available at all times. In urgent cases, downtime must be kept to a minimum, so that the commercial benefits of the system can be exploited quickly again.
